“The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth.” – Psalm 145:18

Have you ever had a moment where you wondered if God was really there?

Life gets busy. Prayers feel unanswered. The silence stretches longer than we expected. In those moments, it’s easy to feel alone—like heaven is distant and God has forgotten.

But here’s the truth: God is never far.

He is not distant in your doubt. He is not absent in your pain. He is not silent in your waiting.

He is near.

Just like the wind—you may not always see Him, but you can feel Him moving. In the comfort of a friend. In the quiet peace that comes when you worship. In the strength that somehow shows up when you should be running on empty.

You don’t have to shout to get God’s attention. You already have it.

He promised to be close to the brokenhearted. To draw near to those who seek Him. To never leave or forsake His children.

How to Stay Aware of His Presence:

✅ Pause and breathe—He meets you in stillness.

✅ Open the Word—He speaks through it.

✅ Talk to Him—raw, real prayers move His heart.

✅ Surround yourself with believers—His presence moves through community.

God doesn’t require you to be perfect to come close. Just honest. Just willing. Just open.

He’s closer than your next breath. And He’s not leaving.

Prayer: Lord, thank You that You are near—whether I feel it or not. Help me to be more aware of Your presence in my everyday life. Remind me that I’m never alone, and that You are always working, even in the quiet. In Jesus’ name, amen.
